selflessness and altruism 好像比較不用在靈修上

其實靜思或冥想(meditaton) 未必是閉眼&蓮花坐(either falling asleep or mind is even much busier this way isn't it?)
When you totally completely surrender yourself into a state where only you and your dancing or laughing or sewing or African drum beating exist... at that moment, you become NO MIND; that's called MEDITATION
