A response to Medoli Chen's email from Chicago, USA

Dear Medoli,

It looks like you visited the Lincoln Memorial Park alongside Lake Michigan and the Northwest U. Good for you, lady. I really enjoy Chicago where I had lots of fond memories from my advanced studies there in the States getting to know a few beloved friends and amazing experiences making tours of Sears Towers, Water Tower Place (the only existence from a huge blaze some 120 years ago), the Ocean World, the Chicago Museum of Arts with the second largest collection of the Impressionist art works, National Observatory of Chicago, Lincoln Memorial Library, so on and so forth. Pardon me for drooling on and on about Chicago. Tell me more about your stay in that many-splendored place, please. It will be reminiscent of my good old days there.
Hey, by the way, you look, from the photos, just as gorgeous as you used to be, slender and sleek! Tell us how you keep yourself so young and fresh! If you want to post more messages in our school reunion blog, you may simply email your words via my email address which I bet you have already connected to your favorites at your Yahoo search engine.
As retired as I was a couple years ago, I still keep working in the University teaching young kids at the English Dept. and a couple days at the language institutes in Taipei helping people pass the official exam for Ministry of Foreign Affairs to become the ROC consuls. Actually, I'm pretty much committed in a sense. I'm envying you in that you can give yourself a break traveling around the world. Now that you are in the States, why don't you capitalize on this opportunity to pay a visit to our classmates (黃愛琇and 宋冬節) or simply give them a call from Chicago.
Please check out our college blog discussion column for their whereabouts and phone numbers. They should be taken by storm with your unexpected calls.
Tell me what happens then. Talk to you soon!

Best,

Steve Lee
